Who is Live Easy?
Live Easy provide small, comfortable housing on rentals for people. Their 1 room apartments offer all the latest in technology and modern day living in Johannesburg. With safety and security being high on the values, the LE premises offers a wonderful environment to people. Now having 7 buildings in Gauteng with around 1400 people occupying the units.
- To generate enough leads for them to let out 550 units in their new Randburg building.

- Create and build the brand identity for Live Easy.
We believed Social Media was the perfect place to build an identity and start creating a community for people to interact with other tenants and for people to see what life was like in the buildings.
We used highly attractive lifestyle imagery to highlight amazing living conditions within the Life Easy community.
Posting 3 times a week on Instagram and Facebook gave us the ability to interact with people looking for units and for people applying for units, this gave Live Easy an agile approach to knowing who their clients are and who to target.
With needing to fill 550 units by June, Live Easy had to bring forward their opening dates as the units filled very quickly. Within 3 months 300 units were rented out and the other 250 units took only 2 more months.
This was the quickest any of their buildings had filled up.
Now that occupation of their buildings is no longer a problem, the strategy focus has shifted from lead generation to brand building. The idea here is to create a brand big enough to generate it’s own leads with each new building development that comes online.
